White Truffle Oil = Liquid Gold
My quest for the perfect homemade pasta dish just took a turn for the better. Do any of you cook with White Truffle Oil? I just discovered it and it’s delish. Not cheap, but delish. You only need a very small drizzle though, so don’t go crazy.

I've never cooked with truffle oil but I hear it is delicious! I'll have to try it out!
ReplyDeleteI love truffle oil! If you want something particularly decadent, may I recommend homemade french fries with truffle oil and sea salt. Delicious, a tad unhealthy and totally worth it!
